More like, typical i build these things answer.

Every one of those joints should have both bolts installed, but you can clearly see the one in the bottom door jam i only using one, and it's second mount hole is exposed. Same thing with the mounting holes for the upper bar.

That thing is essentially garden plumbing bolted into a car, and would likely severely harm him rather than save him in the event of an accident.

But what do i know about cages right? i'm just a "VW Fanboy" right?

That S14 is sexy as fuck, I'm definitely getting one as a next project.
 
Wow beside the shitty cage, there's so much win in this car it's perfect :) I'm happy to see a Zenki S14 now all we see kouki all the time!

Take the cage out or build a new one, add a little spacer in the rear just to close the gap and the car is awesome!
 
when the rest of the car is clean and seamless, you can't have this butch fucking rivetted widebody on the backsides out of nowhere. mold that shit in. or give the rest car more of an industrial look. one or the other, pick your theme and carry it out proper.
