General Motors has announced that the proceeds from the first production 2014 Cadillac CTS Vsport will be donated to the SAE Foundation to benefit STEM education.
The CTS Vsport, along with a performance driving school package, will be heading to a Barrett-Jackson auction later this year and the proceeds will be provided to the SAE Foundation for its science, technology, engineering, and mathematics student outreach programs. GM has long sponsored the SAE Foundation’s STEM program and provides more than 1,500 mentors and volunteers to help reach nearly 8,500 students participating in the foundation’s World in Motion K-12 programs.
This is pretty cool.
