Check out this Gazette article about a condo project that is giving away free car leases with their condos. Either a Fiat 500 or a Benz C-Class. Not a bad incentive lol.

Over the weekend, Montreal developer Kubik held an event offering free short-term car leases to buyers at its Town of Mount Royal condo project.
According to the flyer, the buyer of a one-bedroom condo – prices start at around $160,000 I’m told – would get a free, three year lease on a Fiat. Buy a two-bedroom condo and you get a two-year-lease on a Mercedes Class C coupe.
And in Ottawa, a developer is giving away a Jaguar F-Type with the purchase of a high-end two story home, the Canadian real estate site BuzzBuzzHome said.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je vois ça avec la Fiat mais pour la Benz wow! haha

Ça va être beau dans le parking lol
 
Saw a future condo lot in St-Lambert on Victoria st. on the south shore where they have the 500 on a stand advertising this... Seems to attract enough attention.
 
Oh boy, this is bad news. US builders & promoters were doing the same before the collapse...ticking time bomb.

The Fiat 500L is one ugly vehicle, and that interior with all that plastic...
 
Its a two year lease. according to MB website a 24 month lease of a base C class is worth $17,640 I'd rather pay the condo 15k less instead of financing a two year lease on a 25 year mortgage

ca impressionne les naïfs ... Quand même pas pire financer une location de char sur 25 ans :rolleyes:
 
C'est comme financer une FIAT sur 25 ans. Best idea ever!!!

Pourquoi vous dites que c'est comme fianancer l'auto sur 25 ans? De ce que je vois ca l'air qu'ils te paye un bail de 3 ans ou 2 ans (pour la mercedes) et apres ca finit la. N'empeche que c'est stupide comme facon de marketing. Ils vont juste augmenter le prix de vente de 15k pour compenser...

Valeur de 2 ans de location : 17 000$

Valeur du condo : 250 000$

250 000$ + 17 000$ ton char

Prix du Condo : 267 000$ + taxes

Divise sa par 25 ans ( ton hypôteque )

Suis-je le seul a comprendre ?

Reste que le Paki ( no hate ou racisme envers personne ) va penser qui recois un char gratos et ya du monde qui va pogner

c'est affaire là on du etre partie par un promoteur qui était aussi propriétaire d'une concession automobile... pas de vendeur a payer ... full profit ...

Not only that, but it would be so awesome to park at your condo every day and all your neighbours have the same car.
