I've driven both and i prefer the M. when you're at the point of buying a 4 door AWD ATOMASHIT sedan. i don't think there's any point of making it "sporty" that shifttronic/sport tronic thing and even the paddle shifter on the G35xSport shifts as slow as my 96 maxima when u drop the hammer... so what's the point of that? marketing gimmic?
anyway, the M has more room, lighter steering, good steering response as well.
the 07+ G has pretty much taken the chassi design as the M(suspension set up, exhaust line placement... and is for sure faster, better AWD(at least that's what i felt when i gun it on wet pavement and show) it sounds really good with the twin-entry intake...
but both has pretty much the same mechanical/electrical problem, heating seat doesn't heat up, seat track doesn't slide, side mirrors motor is broken.. and much more problems.
