The difference is that 15 years I wouldn't have considered a hyundais, nor 5 years ago and not even now. They changed the a lot but still doesn't impress me..
 
check bin dans quelques années au salon de l'auto, les reps qui vont essayer de te vendre leurs sauce comme quoi leurs nouvelle hyundai outperform les M et AMG, RS

Y'a une offre oui, de la a dire qui vont prendre un part considerable du marché on verra...Jaguar part pas avec une reputation de fabricant de mardes coreenes en serie. Le branding jaguar avait deja un certain prestige avant
 
Lada ctais pas tuable pour vrai... ctais juste l'ambiance URSS qui etais ordinaire...leur petit 4x4 jpense le Niva dans le bois ctais au moins aussi bon qu'un samourai.

Seriously, Hyundai and Kia are still budget cars! Don't tell me their quality cars....they did get better, i'll give u that much but their still shit cars!

C sur ka prix egal le monde vont aller avec une AMG ou M, thats cause people aree sheep and for some reason love german overpriced crap! but please son't say that cadillac shot themselves in the foot with the V models.....the ATS-V outperforms all the competition and the CTS-V is just CRAZY!

Pas de Accent ni Elentra sport, pis le veloster turbo a juste un 1.6l 200hp et coûte presque la même chose que les Civic SI/GTI/FRS, plus cher que fiesta st. Ils sont déjà incapable de mettre la puissance au sol 200hp, ça aurait été beau à 280!


Ils devraient penser à mettre un peu d'agrément de conduite dans leur voiture actuel avant de penser faire des voitures sport haut de gamme!
 
@lt_crazy : 110 000 $ un cts-V ou 90000 un ATS-v équippé. Oui je dit que c'est trop cher. Par contre c'est qui le cave qui paye le prix sticker pour un GM sauf pour les corvettes.

si il offre quelque chose de sensiblement pareille ou peut être un peu moins bon MAIS pour 20-25k de moins c'Est sur que ca va marcher...pensez y

les nouvelles M et AMG ce n'est plus ce que c'étais il y 10 ans.... aujourd'hui tout les baby boomer qui achète ca c'Est pour impressionner les jeune femme employé de 25-30 ans.....il utilise pas le vrai potentiel, il veulent le crest/porteclé/effet carrosserie ...alors même si il mette pas 100% puissance sur la route le vieux s'en foute.....
il sont fidèle a la marque mais quand meme pour 25k de moins tu y pense.....(surtout si Hyundai (ou nouvelle division genesis) offre meme garantie que actuelle...5 ans full)

les enthousiasmes de voiture vont reste avec Bmw et Benz......mais c'est pas le but de Hyundai et ca la jamais été!!! eux c'Est la masse qu'il visent et ils réussissent TRES bien a date.
 
Hyundai has come a long way and now this is their next step. I'm kinda curious to see what exactly they will come up with
 
That will not work. People who buy M, AMG or RS are rich enough to spend their money on Germans. They have no reason to buy a Korean high end racecar

Its for the cheaper people to feel rich, a M or AMG competitor with a lower price tag because it doesn't have the logo. Also its different and having worked/working at high end dealers most people in this market want to be different than all their neighbors and I think it will sell
 
unless they sell it with an important discount, while being very close in characteristics, I don't see Hyundai having any success in this market. But they are selling their higher end cars at a discount already so I doubt that will be a problem. Looked just the other day at the Genesis sedan and there's a 5K rebate on them so basically 38K for a base 3,8 AWD, which comes very well equipped standard anyway....while a base A6, 5series or Eclass with AWD is at least 60K....very far apart and it will be the same for the performance models.

That's the thing, its soooo cheap to make these cars that if they can have something close to a sports car and almost half the price it will sell IMO

Eh boy.

Mon père a eu une Lada en 1983. On ne s'est même pas rendu chez nous le premier soir. Le nombre de fois qu'il est resté en panne sur le bord du chemin est incroyable. Un an plus tard, il a acquis une Rabbit 1979. Ça c'était pas tuable...
