I agree with Jmac, we need a random but proper meet. No "cheerleaders", tshirts, or other commercialized bullshit. Just a bunch of car geeks meeting up somewhere, chilling, getting coffee or food and chit-chatting, with maybe a cruise before or after. No idiots revving their vtak to cutoff, no crappy DJ's, no idiots trying to do JDM-tyte drifts in the lot while their $300 sub system is shaking the subframe out of the car. Just a bunch of actual gearheads, having a good time geeking out over each others cars and not getting into pissing contests over whose shot box accent is the "cleanest" and why static is sooo much cooler than airbags (I luld when I heard that argument, was like watching special Olympics).

Frankly, at this point, I don't attend most meets because I'm not down with paying gas money to go watch ticounes being ticounes, shitty music, sad attempts at profiteering and commercializing everything, people who talk shit to everyone when they pulled up in daddy's-money M3, and generally all the phaggotry that's crept into the scene over the last few years.

I vote we organize another meat-meet...

i'm not a big meet goer, but this would be the type i'd like to go.
 
I rather go to the west Island Thursday meet but I work Thursday nights and this shit is 10 minutes from my work. I don't even go for the cars anymore, I meet my friends, smoke and leave, way after the meet is done.

Yo ssgr20 cars and coffee is legit but the issue with that is people are always "your car isn't high class enough, you have too many stickers, park in the other parking lot...etc" I'd be down with something similar though.
