I was at Napi. yesterday for what was supposed to be the last weekend of racing.

Now they will open next weekend weather permitting.

Two guys show up with a 2005 C6 Corvette.

I don't think this is what they were expecting when they came to napi.

À ce que j'en ai entendu...

Les gars roulaient avec du nitrous.

Le case du diff est en aluminium.

Parait que c'est une pièce de 3000$-4000$. L'histoire ne dit pas si il va pouvoir faire passer ça sur la garantie.

p-e un trouble de fabrication....avec les test qu'ils font sur les corvettes avant la mise en marché, c incroyable de voir ca....ds notre cours en plus

quoiqu'ils qu'ils ne mettent pas de nos des essaies:p

They didn't have any NOS.

He was only chipped and he ran 12.5 @ 118MPH on his first pass

That's what I've heard at the track AND at the Napierville supper from a couple of guys. I hear right you know, I'm not THAT old.

But of course, they could have been wrong!

Either way, I don't really give a crap. I was just repeating what I've heard.

Bottom line, racing breaks stuff. Old car, new car, domestic, import. There was around 25 break down yesterday and they needed to use 15 bags of saw dust to clean the track. Maybe it was much stickier than usual?
 
cétait la vette rouge qui avait du naws.... entk jai jamais vue autant de voiture a napi et beaucoup d'entre elle on brisé... seulement 4 runs en 5h :(

The red C5 from Ontario had a ring kit and ran an 11.1 @128MPH or so.
The black C5 from Ontario with the Z06 engine in it was also on the bottle. It's his buddy or cousin or something. I was speaking to him when the C6 blew up.
