CJAD News is reporting the story of a hacked roadwork sign in Lasalle. Since Monday, someone has been using the sign as their personal billboard, writing jokes such as:
‘TOE TU FAIT PAS DES GROSSES CHOSES’
‘NOUS ON FAIT DES GROSSES CHOSES’
And
EXPECT DEEZ NUTS
The sign is located at the corner of de la Verendrye and Ducas streets and is intended to be warning to motorists that construction is ahead. As for the workers – they continue to do their job albeit without the added safety of the warning sign. One would think the city could fix the issue rather quickly but it doesn’t appear to be the case.
