I purchased a set of wheels for a Ford Focus 2004 that were almost brand new. Tires were completely completely worn though car had only about 60 000km! I paid only $100 US for the set so I am happy

The only issue is they are 16x6 inches and have an offset of...

52.5mm! Stock Saab offset would be 33mm.

As a result, the tire touches the spring if the suspension is fully extended or if the steering is turned to full lock or close to it. Normally it doesn't touch but it is not good for tires to touch springs of course

So I am going to buy spacers to fit between the rim and the hub. I am thinking something like 1/4" which is about 7mm. Should be more than enough to clear the spring. Anyone know where to get some?

But I don't feel comfortable with the lug bolts in that length. Where can I obtain lug bolts that are 7mm or more longer than standard bolts? I've looked at other cars, Mercedes-Benz the bolts are slightly longer but much narrower.

To add, the bolt pattern is 4x108mm (4x4.25"), centre bore size is slightly larger than most Fords with that pattern, the head on the wheel bolts is 19mm, etc.
