Hi,

I'm looking for a broadband provider that offers low cost ADSL, such as 512kbps download speeds.

Bell has something to offer and it's 9.95$/month but then after 6 months they charge you 30$/month, which is ridiculous for that type of access.

Any other providers offers low cost ADSLs?

Sorry to tell you guys, but all DSL accounts go through Bell, distributors might be a little cheaper by buying lot bandwidth from Bell, but in the end they still have to go through BELL, so if you have any problems, you will have to go through two levels of support to get anything solved.

Wholesalers have their own bandwidth though, it is just the wire from your house to the CO that is Bell.
