iI it me or the wastegate trap door seems welded on the second picture? Nice project, should be fun to drive.
 
Thanks all dyno and vid soon. Yes the gate is welded but open inside the turbo. Its a hahnracecraft super20G
 
How much boost are you going to run?

Sick btw, looks like you did it well, and if you're going to invest in something, what better than a new car?
 
so, remove the wastegate cap and get a screamer pipe. Nice turbo btw. HRC turbos has been forgotten for a while but the quality is there.
 
Why make it scream when the aim is to look like a normal car. Plus loud is anoying!

A soir j ai installer mon catch can cusco, mon super bouchon de rad woot woot et j ai shimer mon hood pour faire sortir la chaleure

Une petite house thermique sur ton côté chaud du turbo ça ferait pas de mal! Vu qu'il est coller sur l'entré d'air!

J'ai hâte de voir un vidéo! Beau setup!
 
u got balls . im to scared to add a tuner to my ecoboost and u went flat out turbo lol .
