Hello everyone,
I have a special opportunity that I would like to extend to the MR community first and I have not advertised this anywhere else yet. I have a customer who recently totaled his vehicle and was covered with valeur-a-neuf through his dealer. The problem is, if you have valeur-a-neuf with the dealer, they insist on replacing your vehicle with a new vehicle. The client was originally trying to sell his car and is now going to turn around and sell the new one immediately at a large discount just to get rid of it.
The car can be any new Infinifi as long as the value is over $53,000 or so. We are working to expand the choice to any new Nissan and possibly more from the chain of dealers but this is not confirmed yet. For now, let's just stick to Infiniti. If you were planning on buying a new FX37, G37 coupe, G37 Sedan, M, JX, or any other Infiniti, there is the potential here to save a lot of money. I'll do the example with the 2013 FX37 base model:
MSRP: $53350
Freight: $1995
Total: $55345
GST: $2767.25
QST: $5396.14
Total: $63508.39
The client is willing to kock off $4000 off the selling price as well as the freight. In addition, because this can be a private sale, you will not pay GST. The new price would be as follows:
Price: $49350
QST: $4811.62
Total: $54161.62
Savings: $9346.77
This deal will benefit someone the most if they are planning to buy a new car cash or though their own finacing. If you plan to lease the vehicle, the deal is still good but you will need to pay the GST unfortuantely. I can give you a leasing example. Here is the standard lease directly from the dealer:

The 48-month lease is currently $0 down, $826 + tax per month = $950.10.
Parade cannot match the dealer's 2.9% rate but we can lease you the car at less than the cost of the dealer, given how much less the client is willing to let the car go for. It would be similar to:
$0 down $804+ tax = $925.41 or a $25 savings per month.
What's good about this deal is that the new buyer will be the one who drives the car off the lot. My client will not be taking delivery of the vehicle. I plan to announce this in an ad on Kijij, LesPac and Hebdo, but I'm offering it exclusively here for a while because MR has been very good to me in the past. If you are interested just shoot me a PM. It might not be for everyone, but even the best negotiators probably couldn't knock off the freight and another $4K from the dealer's asking price. I think it's a great deal and it's only this one time.
