Also, apart from the official Douchebag's state that is NJ, I think all the other states wanting to enforce this are Republican stronghold. So much for free enterprise and less governance bullcrap they serve as their selling pitch to the mass of idiots.
 
I don't understand why they don't just crate a new company called "tesla retail inc" which owns and manages all their "dealers" and sign an agreement with the "tesla manufacturing inc" or something?

Maybe I'm thinking too simply here...

Sad to see dinosaur companies using dinosaur era business strategies lobbying for status quo. Fuck lobbying.

Lawmakers are quite ahead of you.

There are clauses against dealerships being own in whole or in part or being subsidiaries of holding companies, with ties to the manufacturer.
 
dans le fond, c'est comme si dodge/ford/gm vendais leur véhicule direct sans dealership. y serais ou le probleme ? le char couterais probablement moins cher au consommateur en coupant la cote du dealer ou ben il garderais tout le profit pour eux pour investir ailleurs.

quand tu donne une idée simple a des bien penseurs, des fois tu te ramasse avec une solution compliqué.
