WTF ??? Yo something is wrong there for sure...

They should of receive some kind of notice that the house would get demolish...

And if your unsure about it why leave ??? Stay in your house until everything is settled, so they can't demolish with people inside.

I say the owner is as stupid as the city for leaving his house alone.

^^ there was no doubt on his part, he has a letter from the city saying it would not get demolished so why should he worry, they fucked up hard

bro, it's a house next door that saw suppose to be demolished...

Sure he'll probably be compensated but it doesnt help the fact that he's left homeless in the meantime

He wasn't even living there. Also, if he got insurance he'll be relocated free of charge. Even if not, he could settle in a hotel and be refounded by the faulty company once everything is settle.

"But now, all I got is an open lot, with nothing."

HAHAHAH I cried laughing there. I must be evil, but his facial expression was priceless as he said "with nothing". He must be a comedian.

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

for most people a house is where a lot of memories live, they have great sentimental value. to see all that destroyed by mistake? that's very hard to take, it's often more than just a place where you live, every corner of the house holds memories.

There should be a rule that you have to watch the whole video, especially when it's under 2 minutes, before being allowed to post.

The house was empty, the only belongings that he lost were his tools.
He had a paper from the city saying his house was NOT to be demolished.
He was not living in the house at the time.
