One word can sum up the event..WET.. Even tho the weather was not on our side the event was still great. The new track layout was really cool with a high speed entry but sadly with the faster entry speeds and the wet track conditions a few drivers ended up going home with broken cars to fix. On the plus side the PRO AM guys had a great sunny day and it was cool to see them ripping up the track in the dry.
Pretty much the whole day was rainy and wet.. the drivers had to learn the new track pretty fast.
After his crash in RD1 I was shocked to see Brad Carton back for RD2..
Pro Am drive in his drift Volvo getting nice and close to the wall..
During the qualifications a few drivers had some crazy entries.
Right as top 16 was supposed to start it started raining hard!
Even in the wet there was some great tandem battles.
In the end it Miro took home 1st, Jeff Laflamme in 2nd and Brad Carton in 3rd.
