News: Spoon DC5 destroyed by Tsunami in Japan

JDM fanboys and Honda lovers everywhere are sure to wince at the above photo, showing yet another side to the devastating Japanese tsunami.

Were it not for info provided by Ichishima-san of Spoon Sports, we might not be able to guess that this blue and yellow liveried heap was once an RSX Type R race car. The team found the remains of the RSX a little over 3 miles from their shop and it’s amazing the damage it went through.

The rubble in the background serves as a reminder of just how devastated Japan really is.

Life has pretty much returned to normality in Tokyo after the earthquake, but it's still hard to believe what the north of the country was put through on March 11th. This morning I received this series of pictures from Ichishima-san at Spoon Sports...

The car was found 5 km from the shop. Incredible stuff. Our thoughts are still with those that lost so much on March 11th.

Sans plaisanterie, même si je déteste les DC5, moi aussi je respecte beaucoup cette RS... ahem Integra! Dommage, mais comparé aux drames humains et environementaux causées par cette catastrophe, c'est rien.
