So looks like my WrestleMania Vegas plans are not panning out....3k+ for nosebleed tickets is too rich for my blood! If I'm gonna spend that much on a vacation, might as well go to Europe! Prolly less expensive then Vegas!!

Sooooo I'm thinking how about a fun European beach vacation! Nice beaches, good food and good night life.....

Amalfi coast?
Nice?
Majorca?

What do u guys suggest?

Whats your total budget? 3k cdn isn’t getting much in Europe these days. If you want France I suggest Perpignan or to save some money Girona Spain. Malaga, Marbella or Alicante further south

As for Vegas pricing and additional fees are insane these days

^^^ I know....juste the resort fees are now 50$ and + usd a night....that's why, if I'm gonna spend 3k on the event tickets + another 2500$ flight hotel....I didn't eat or do any activities yet....at least Europe would be different, plus Vegas we can go any time.

But if I can be under 5k all in, I'm happy....but even a little more....eating and drinking is usually quite cheap in Europe.

5k cad will be hard in Southern France unless you plan to eat noodles or get a rental with a kitchen. If you are going alone its doable with two people it will be hard. Euro to Cad exchange is poor now. We spend quite a bit of time in that area of France and I wouldn’t say its cheap to eat or drink in France. Even Central Europe has got pricey. A pint for example will be around 5-6€ in most places. Away from main area prob 4-5€

Just a note spring break is around that time in France And Spain.

We are looking with a budget of 4k for 2 (excluding plane ticket)
And even thats it's hard. We will push the budget to 5k. (7k total i guess)
Dublin and ireland seem to be really expensive. We might go to malaga seville (andalousia) It's cheaper

Edit: For 10-14 days

isn't that region affected by the recent floods?

5k 10-14 days is going to be nearly impossible. That is about 3200€. Accommodation is going to burn that up. Sadly there is no real “off season” anymore. You will really need to be careful to make it work. But how cheap do you want to go?

Yea Ireland is expensive, especially Dublin. My wife lived there for quite sometime. We went for a few days in July and we paid 400€ night for a hotel. Yea it was central but Dublin still lacks hotels in the city. Meals arent cheap anymore, chipper is 18€ a head now. Pint of beer is 6-7€

We just got back from 19 days in the UK and I don’t even want to see the CC bill lol. We try to do breakfast and dinners at “home”. Meals add up really fast. Dinner in a good pub is £60-£80 now unless you want to eat at Spoons

Jesus didn't think the UK was that expensive!
Then toss in 1.8x exchange rate but yes it’s that expensive. Especially down south. Pint in Central London is £6-£7 unless you are drinking at Spoons (chain pub that is cheap) London aside even in villages prices aren’t far off. Go further north and things start to get a little cheaper.

Groceries are cheaper though and i’ll die on that hill.

Accommodations are very dependent on person. We stay in better than normal places but we settled for a Holiday Inn express recently because it was £250 a night and well located. The first cottage we had was £900 for 7 nights with Cumbria being around £100 a night.

Even the week we spent in Strasbourg in Spring was about 200€ a night. Air bnb might be cheaper but its a hassle and annoying. I miss 2018/19

Yea there are. Maybe you are staying in a hostel for 40€ a night. 2000€ for 10-14 nights is an extremely frugal trip. More power to you I guess.

I was looking at Airbnb or Private room in hostel and it was approx. 200cad a night in ireland. Little cheaper in Belfast.

Andalousie was like 130cad a night.

So let's say approx 2000$ cad in hostel etc.
3k to eat and move it's not that bad. Can be a little bit short

@mathhhhh please share....je suis tres curieux! Pcq juste l'avion, from what I'm seeing c'est le premier 2-3k, dependant quand tu part et ou....
