Ticket from Ontario

i was wondering if lets say i got caught doing speed on the 401 and i got a ticket 150 in a 100 zone,...

do i lose points , i dont care about the money i have to pay just if im goping to lose my points since its not writting anywhhere on the ticket
 
yes. if you lose points in Ontario. It will be reflected into your Quebec license and vice-versa. That is also the case in the state of Maine, Vermont and New York if i'm not mistaken.
 
Yea Rox; Points everywhere in Canada / US.

Go and fight the ticket, or try and make a deal, its really really easy in Ontario.

how good of a deal can i make ?
its for my friend... he was driving and got caught while driving back from niagara... he cant afford to loose 1 point because that what he got left ....

1 point left ... and still speeding ... *td*
tell him to contest and try to get the court date reported 2 or 3 times...
maybe he's gonna get his 15 points back before he paid his ticket !

i dont know anybody doing 100 on the 401 , its so boring
Plus, it was saying construction zone, no construction were going on, espacially a sunday night ...
 
150 in a construction zone with 1 point away from a suspended license? This guy is way smart.

btw guys, you get points, you don't lose them, they are demerit points.

then what u do is if lets say your ticket is 100$ pay 114$ or something...anything more than 100$ and they'll send u a chekc for the 14$, never cash that check and your points will never be removed from your file
