The location of each missile silo is irrelevant. Those ICBM cannot be intercepted in their boost phase because you would need to have AA defense nearby which is impossible as those silos are located deep inside Russian territory. ICBM can only be intercepted in their terminal phase and leave no room for error because they travel roughly at 4 miles per second. The window of opportunity is small.
ICBM are designed for long range. If Poutine wants to attack Kiev, he will use tactical nukes like Iskander from land and Kalibr from a ship. They also have hypersonic cruise missiles that are difficult to intercept.

Russia and North Korea have a mutual defensive pacts since bery recently.
North Korean troups are specifically deployed in the Kursk area vecause this territory was invaded by Ukraine, triggering the treaty.
Bombs and munitions are used everywhere...

Il y a eu des frappes sur un dépôt de munition à Bryansk. 6 missiles ont été lancées déjà et apparemment 5 ont été interceptés

Putin is a thug and using NK troops just means he can save his regular army for a Baltic invasion. Russia has been switched to a war economy for the last year or so. While China isn’t supplying munitions they are sure supply lots of dual role items and materials

The “doctrine” is pointless. Putin controls the house and can do as he wishes. 0 days since Putin threatens nukes. Biden recently spoke Chinese president and likely told him they planned to allow use of long range missiles. Chinas nuclear doctrine is non first strike policy

I'd certainly wait until more information on this comes out from other sources, because if you were to sum up the number of HIMARS apparently "taken out" by rasha, the tally adds up to double the number of HIMARS that were ever provided to Ukraine
