When is a Good Time of The Year to Buy Motorcycle Gear?

My first season of riding is almost over, and Thank God, I never had to test out my Riding Gear.

I didn't have much money when I initially bought my gear so I bought things that were on sale for cheap.

Cheap Helmet (DOT & Snell Approved)
Cheap Jacket (textile, with shitty ventilation)
Cheap Gloves

There's nothing wrong with my gear, except I'm bored and want something better.

My Question: What time of the year is a good time to buy Motorcycle Gear?

I'm not Brand Loyal, nor care about whats HOT and New in Style.

The only thing I don't want is; pay now, and a few months later, see it at half the price.

I'm either thinking end of Fall, beginning of Winter.

Or

Just before Spring, when all the stores clean up their shelves for the new HOT stuff.

I always buy online and most probably from the states.

I'm in no rush, so whens a good time to buy?

Leather Jacket
Helmet (DOT and Snell)
Leather Gloves
 
Presentement les compagnies ecoulent leur stock pour faire rentrer le 2010. Si tu portes des grandeurs moins "standards" t'as des mechants deals.
 
im thinking of going down to plattsburgh or something during the winter to see if i can find any deals for jacket. i don't know if i'll really find any deal that worth the drive but wtv.
 
Toronto and Montreal Motorcycle show. Go ASAP because the deals are gone. Went early Friday to the Montreal one and ended up getting my 500$ jacket for 265$, no taxes. As for my gloves and boots i got them early this season when they were on sale because they were last years model. Moto International is good...... when they have sales.

come down to the ATL the seasons just getting started!!! id like ot say im midway, but then again... how is there a midway when theres no end!!!! hahaha yessss
 
yo banzai lol, i had to wave at u cuz these girls were telling me that im not a biker and wanted me to prove by waving at the bikers lol
