Good day MR.
I kindly ask you refrain from trolling as much as possible please, this is something I feel is serious.
A few weeks ago I was in the area. As I headed towards the Montmorency tube station to pick up my partner, a new Dodge Ram 2500, white with a fibre box cover, started following my vehicle and flashing his high beams. This lasted for the better part of about 15 minutes. The vehicle was also taligating me and thus I assumed that the higbeaming wasn't to warn me of something, but had to do with someone trying to be an asshat for no reason (which is surprisingly a very common occurence when you have a car bearing Ontario license plates).
Being quite concerned with the fact that this vehicle was following me about I decided to pull over in the security area of the tube station which is a public area and also manned by security guards and proceeded to get out of my vehicle to confront the other driver about his intentions and reasons for following me in such way. Apparently the fact that it was late and that I appeared to be Ontarian (I wasn't born in Ontario) was enough to bring this individual's inconceivable wrath on my head. After a very brief exchange with the very aggresive driver and a slew of "racially" motived insults, I got all the more concerned for my safety and started heading towards the security guard in order to ask for assistance. At that moment the driver took off and left the immediate area, out of my sight.
I proceeded to resume my journey in thinking that I was done with this outburst of stupidity, but was it not my suprise to see the same lad waiting just around the corner. Obviously, he started following me once more, but this time I didn't find it funny at all since my partner was coming out of the station and I feared for not only my, but now her safety. I took a sterner approach and told my partner to stay away while I dealt with the person in question. I once more went out but advised the person that I now expected him to stop stalking me or that I would contact law enforcement. He started being all the more threatening and that that point i reached into my pocket to dial 911.
As I started dialing I stepped back from the truck but the man reached out from his window and grabbed me, viciously assaulted me while strangling me and violently punching me in the face. I did not fight back, as I was rather taken by surprise and I'm not exactly the violent type. At this point the man decided to take off once more, pratically running me over, and it was some bystanders that managed to get me the plate number of the aggressor.
I want to clear something upfront because I know MR is quick to judge. Despite the man's aggressive behaviour while following me, I kept on my way and didn't try to mess with him like the vast majority of MR ballers do, playing chicken and stuff like that. I kept going on my way and looked forward and didn't take the bait he was casting. I also didn't threaten him or play thug when we pulled over. This man's unacceptable actions were motivated by the mere hatred of English Canadians which he thought I was, and were gratuitous and barbaric.
Unfortuantely, I have suffered various injuries and prejudices from this man and while I still do not intent to play the game of "most retarded", I must seek compensation for reasons that I would rather not discuss on MR. In order to do that, I must know who this person is and an address I can send the court documents too. Since this is MR, I must also add that I do not seek retribution, intimidation, blow up his puppy, write angry messages on his door, etc. I do not care for that savage and seek just compensation then to move along.
The only information I have however, is the man's license plate. The Laval police officers that were dispatched told me that (quite obviously) they cannot release any information about that man to me, and that I must go through a P.I. in order to get his information with the license plate number. After going through every single P.I. office listed in the yellow pages in the Montreal area, I had to come to the conclusion that unfortunately I had been ill advised by the officers, and that this was not somthing that private investigators were in a position to provide me with.
After running out of options, I am thus having to find myself asking for MR's assistance. If any one of you have ever dealt with a similar situation, how did you find back the person you were lookign for? Or does anyone know a P.I. that is able to assist? Or any other idea?
All I have is this information : xxx xxx (plate), white 4 door dodge ram new gen with fibre box. I know the man is from the east of laval, and I also have been made aware that his truck was seized on July 19th 2015, I do not know for how long or if it still is.
Any information will be treated with utmost confidentiality, and likewise, as I somewhat fear of repraisals due to the person being such an apparently deranged individual, I will not divulge much about myself, I hope this is understandable. I am also not looking for freebies and I will compensate any professional for their services if needed.
