I drove the WRX 12...it's a f*cking BLAST! Never had the chance to try the Benz...so from what I tried, WRX all the way!

The C250 is a little tight in terms of power for the car. If you're to go with a C-Class, go with a C300, you'll save the extra money in gas and pleasure.

Don't forget that the 2012 WRX comes with the STI body, minus the huge rear wing.

I've driven the 2011 c250 many times. I really don't like the feel. The thing is a slug and terribly equipped. I like the look though.

6500$ security deposit?? My friend leased a 2012 wrx sedan (not a limited) and left a big 0$ in deposit... and pays about 490$ tx in with winter tires on 39 months. I guess your price is good but that security deposit seems a bit high. The wrx is loud and muccccchhhh fun to drive. 265hp really makes a big difference compared to the previous engine. I suggest you go to subaru Laval the new owner used to own subaru auto centre, best customer service.

I hate the 250 more than anything, I find it's an awful car and if you like driving then it's a REALLYYY awful car.

If you want to have fun while driving, take the WRX.

If you want quit driving, confort and good construction quality, take the C250.

If you want both, take an other car.

Thanks, I haven't negotiated price yet. I want 36 months because the warranty is good for 36 months and I don't want to worry about that.
also that price is right for the non limited, with the same 6500 SD the price was 430$/m
I took the WRX out for test drives twice. I really like it, i'm just a little scared because it stays at 3000 rpm at 120 in the hwy.
Also long roadtrips might be uncomfortable.

The C250 is a last minute thought as I like the look of the car, but haven't driven one.

if you want to pick up teenage boys: WRX

if you want to pick up women: Mercedes.

if you want to pick up teenage girls: neither of the above.

I know someone that does 8.5L/100km with a WRX 11, of course he is not racing the car...but you can get a fair 10L/100km while having fun...and with a 55L tank...you can drive up to 500-550km a week...which is good.

The c250 has some of the shittiest interior on the market.

And i'm a huuuge merc fanboy, god awful finishing and shitty leatherette.

/broody.

I totaly understand leasing that kind of car or any car. I do lease and Highly recommend it to my friends I think 36 or 39 months is a very good term at subaru. You know your right for the highway, the car stays at about 3k rpm, so does my forester and the old impreza (08-11) gas milleage is really not so bad if you drive like his girlfriend your looking at gentle pull and cruise control on the highway for a 9-10l/100km combined. when my friend drives it it's more 12l/100km combined but the idle goes to about 6k rpm a few times. As for the seats I don't know how different the leather seats are from the regular ones but at 6'2 and about 250lbs I have no problem sleeping in the car from mtl to sauveur. If you have anymore questions about the car feel free to ask and good luck with your choice
