Ah i dont find thats a decent list at all. There is no 1970 Chevelle SS. Comeon the 454 was one of the sickest motors out there. Cant really classify Ferrari's with older muscle cars IMO tho

But that list is 5 years old.... damn.

If you want to see what cars sell the most. Watch the barrett jackson auction. Muscle cars were selling for more then ferraris.
 
I dont believe that the Viper should be on that list.

Yes it is the best bang for the buck, but it doesnt compare to the other cars in terms of engineering, craftsmanship and quality.
 
this list is so wrong! where's the 88 CRX HF, the 90 Civic Wagovan, the 97 Civic CX hatch, the 89 Tercel Coupe.....so many cars missing IMO
 
i agree...diablo should not be #1...it should be on the list....but not 1st....my version...using those same cars:

1995-1998 McLaren F1
1995 Ferrari F50
1990-present Lamborghini Diablo
1995-1999 Ferrari F355
1996-1997 Porsche 993 Twin Turbo
1985-1996 Ferrari Testarossa
1996-present Dodge Viper GTS Coupe

But there are some cars that I think should be on there which aren't: NSX, Skyline, Supra, Iano...mebbe I am biased....but my #1 would still be the same...no matter what!

What the hell did the Diablo do over the Contach......i mean when the Lambo Contach came out that was crazy. The old vette is super important, But i would put the Ferrari 1963 250 GTO for all the LeMans wins, as well as the competition it brought on with Shelby and the Daytona.

Wan't the Jag XJ220 the first SUPER car? i mean before that it was just exoctics like the Diablo.

Yeah I was wondering about the 250 GTO too. I mean Dupont Registry is a collector's organization and the GTO is like the ultimate collector car...as for the first supercar, maybe the 959?
