Nissan 240sx sale or trade

im selling a 92 240sx ka24de car is clean ,it was automatic and i just spent 1000$ to convert it to 5 speed,car has 210k same for the body the only problem is that the car needs inspection and its a 240,its not going to pass first time and i dont have any money left,i dont have the time to take care of it ,i have to go pick it up friday i will trade for a dx or si 93 ..yes slow and cheap on gaz pm me if interested to buy it or trade it thanx...
