Saw this car last week at a local car seller, who sells mostly junk cars. I finally decided to go take a look at it yesterday to see its condition. And at my surprise the car is in a pretty decent condition.

No rust what so ever but it's not the original paint. It been repainted and has some putty, couple of dents all around.
The interior is got gettho modded: Front seats have been changed, Blaupunkt radio, not the original carpet, digital clock on glove box, changed front door panels...

At my surprise the engine is pretty clean and runs A1! Engine bay looks good and no oil on the engine block.
I'm really happy with of my purchase!

I still don't know what I want to do with this car, bring it back to it's original look or do a mighty 510 with engine swap and all. What do you think ?

You don't have the original wheels neither , anyway yours is in really good shape compared to mine
if you need any help on the car pm me i've been working on mine for a month ;)
EDIT : and im on the south shore also so maybe i could come take a peek at it one day ;)

the first drifting 510 will be me buddy , i already got my suspension and brakes ;) the car just needs a paint and a body refreshment now
 
200sxBoY c'est quoi le moteur que tu as mis dans ta 510 ?
Quelles autres modifications as-tu fais ?

J'ai pensé mettre mon moteur de 240sx (ka24e) puisque j'en n'aurai plus de besoin.
 
Techniquement MR. 200SX veut mon moteur dans ma 510 qui a pres de 195 HP n/a et vire dans les 8000 tours safe. Si jamais tu est intereser tu peux menvoiyer un PM pour discute mais je vend un Turnkey Setup !

et KA dans ta 510......Sort ton cash ca monte TRES vite les swap KA, SR, VG etc etc
 
Je pense que je suis le 4ième sur le site après toi, Datsun510 et 200sxBoY. Tout le monde veut des 2 portes, mais je suis content de savoir que je suis le seul ici avec un 4 portes.

Le pire c'est que je ne cherchais pas pour en acheter une, mais à ce prix là je me sentais obliger de l'acheter. :eek:
Si je veux mettre un KA dedans tu dis que c'est sort ton cash, mais si je acheter ton moteur ça doit être sort ton cash aussi !? :p

J'aimerais ça avoir une liste des modifications de ta 510, Sspikey, pour me donner une idée de ce que je peux faire avec la mienne.
 
Datsun510 on l'a pas encore vu sa 510
comme je t'ai dti il faut que tu trouve des piece de 280zx 79-83 ou de vieille 200sx (80~) pour ta suspension
