check it out. just met with a member yesterday. we ran some simulations. based on the value of the home, his and gf's income, budget etc.. they could have their house paid off in 11.5 years.

Thats pretty sick. try to get that at your regular bank. they'll never show you how.

I'd be really curious to know what your strategies involve...

i'm only currently own an apparment building so you've told me before the strategy can't apply...but i'm should only be a couple of years away from buying my own place and would definitely want to apply any strategy

to reduce the duration of a mortgage
