How to post a picture / Comment mettre une photo

Guys i have no clue how to post pictures anymore, the new system is really weird. A lot of the times itll tell me the picture is too big and when it does post it does show, I just get a link instead.

Heres an example of an image i wanted to post, but when i put the link into "inserter une image depuis une address URL" its too big, I never had this problem before with the old system where I would share huge pictures to some of the treads like the "everything dope shizz" tread.
