it was only the harsh reality (which you can't seem to accept), I wasn't anywhere near pissed because the race went just about exactly as I thought it would. I never thought for a second I would have a good launch (never had one at st-eustache) and being the realistic guy that I am I knew I wasn't going to make up for the lost ground AND put buslengths on you on a 1/8 mile track.

you can say what you want about what I looked like or how I sounded like, but you're the one crying about it now. I was a prick only in your sad little mind.

GREAT Win, you got me good, maybe by a little more then a half a car, 59% of a car, arround there. Your Sunfire with the S/C is a fast Car. I got off the line fast but I wasnt able to get enough of a lead out of my launch to cary it to the end, Cest La Vie. Good Race.

I say I average 15.9 because at an UNPREPPED track (Napi on a Tuesday) in my cars current set up I have run 5 races, 3 15.9's in a row withthe sun out, and 2 16.0's at neer 10 oclock after the track cooled down from the sun going down, and lost what ever hook up it had.

I was averaging 16.2 (With a 16.0 fastest) BUT I made some changes to my set up (Speciall tranny fluid mixture, and maintenance) & was able to consistantly keep my times in the 15's.

Do the math.... I average 15.9 Like I said. If I said it, its because it is.

Also Like I said, At a prepped track dont think for 1 second Im pulling a 15.9..... :D :bigup:

& Somebody said something about the SE-R having some kind of TCS tacking care of the launch.

The SE-R Altima doesnt have Traction Assisstance or any type of TCS, I needed a few min to get used to a 6spd, but I was handling her just like my Protege (Although My first race with her I hit the rev limiter twice (in 1st and in 2nd), its a Stock SE-R, & my car screams at you when its at the top of the rpm's and time to shift, when the SE-R barely said a word ever.

I drove my friends 2004 Grand Prix GT, and it has TCS, you can shut it off but I dont think it went off completly and it just sucked, I ****ed with it for quite a while, unloading all I could. Even after it rained the wheels always caught after a split sec, in my Protege when the street is wet, I have to baby the throttle carefully or I spin out 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear it dont matter.

I also Rented a Lincoln LS for a trip to Toronto and Back, it has TSC and a Stability system. I forget what its called, but whats cool is there is a light on the dash that lights up when the system goes into play, Lets just say I had ALOT of fun making that light, light up. I really liked that car, Lots of Power and Crazy comfortable.

Shit :yikes: I wish one day to be king of launch like you ... that is my prob not the car . I win and i lost by one car vs exactly same car of me ... shit :doh: I will try to launch at 4500/5000 rpm . The prob at Napi it's the start is not allwais same time .Sometime i wait 10 sec after the 2 car are stage and other run 2 sec ... it's crazy !!

I launch arround 3000rpm with a clutch dump (I get better times with a dump then a slip), I dont floor it however, I feel the grab of the tires through the throttle and ballence that with the throttle untill they grab, and when they grab I go WOT.

Ive had that Staging issue happen, the guy next to me didnt roll up his windows, and wasnt listening the the guy on the microphone telling him the race wouldnt start untill he did so the guy had to walk over to his car to tell whats up, meanwhile Im sitting there staged pre-laoding. Then MY lights drop (Not his) But we both leave anyways, and his time had a -1.8 second R/T with the foul, WTF??? I cant figure that out
