Protein... Help me!

la plupart des gens se pretendent des experts dans le domaine et racontent n'importe quoi !!! je te tappe sur les nerfs... ah ok ouais si tu demandais des renseignement aux bonnes personnes tu aurais des bonnes reponses aulieu de demander a n'importe qui qui s'improvise connaisseur !!
en passant je suis entraineur certifié niveau 4 et j etudie a l université en kinesiologie, jai rien a prouver ici, mais que l'autre te dise que la proteine (whey) est inutile je me pose bcp de questions !!

si tu veux des bons conseils, demande a K.Low, Zerogage, Tegrs97 ou moi meme, mais dans ce domaine ca donne rien de demander a qqun qui connait rien mais qui pense tout connaitre !!

Ta besoin de ca pour te remonter psychologiquement ?

Laisse les autres parler, donne ton point de vue mais té pas obliger de dénigrer ce que les autres dise.
 
faboulous tu fait quoi avec ton bac??? Ca de l'aire que tu te pense ben bon de dire au monde que leure opinion font chier quand c'est leur style de vie. Les suplements de proteins sont bon pour rien si t;as pas le diete pour les suivre. Si il mange comme de la merde pis prends des shakes en pensant ca va faire de quoi il aurra pas de resultas. Je connait BEACOUP de monde qui prenne pas de shakes. 99% du population son intolerante au lactose et les shakes de proetin son fait avec un derivant du lactose.

Avant de basher le monde vien dont avec des fait pour backer ce que ta a dire. Jai peutetre pas un bac la dedans mais je me fait suivre par un naturopath a chaque 2 semaine pis je fait des competition de fitness SAND SUPLEMENTAYION OU PILLULES, avec que de la bonne bouffe et excercice, fak tu dira ce que tu veux pis t'envera le monde gaspier leur argent sur des supplements de protein qui leur feron rien. Pis continue a penser que t'utilise ton bac comme il faux. Mon ami que fait le meme que toi aurais honte.

^^« So true. La pluspart des gens sont intolérants aux suppléments de protéines. La base de ton entrainement c'est : Nutrition, Repos, Entrainement.

ET quand on parle de nutrition, c'est pas la tite pou-poudre pour sauter des repas ou bien juste en combler 5-6, mais bien des repas complet et équilibré avec une bonne dose de protéines.

C'est sur ca peut marcher les shakes de protéines, mais en bout de ligne, tu es gagnant de tout faire ca avec de la vrai nourriture qui va aussi bien nettoyer ton systeme et le comblé, que la seule poudre qui va créer une carence ailleurs dans ton systeme. Tient toi le pour dis !

I dont even think you hit the gym...if you do good for you but youre misleading people with your idiotic advises.

I take EAS 100% Whey Protein. Babydaisy, not everybody is able to eat fish, chicken, or high protein meals everyday, I know i can't. That is why i use Protein shakes. Being a student, I dont have time to cook chicken, fish, etc. and bring it with me to school or everywhere i go. You're right when you say you are able to eat enough protein without needing shakes but i don't think everybody is able to.
 
so as it turns out Fabulous is far from fabouls as far as his personality goes.. Buddy you need to look at the words and attitude you are spilling into this thread. You are not looking very professional for someone who is in kenisiology. Out of everyone you seem to know the least. Prove yourself worthy and maybe we'll listen to you.

MoreFire... don't listen to him He seems to think he is all big and tough but watch him die of cardia arrest for taking the shit he does as he seems to promote it. Natural is the best way to go.
 
Whey protein powder is excellent I don't know what you fawk heads are saying it isn't but ur fawked! It's not about skipping a meals, it's about taking a skake, eating fruits and veggies, or a sandwich. Who ever told him to take a shake and skip a meal. I agree 100% that eating healthy foods is ideal to gain muscular mass and achieve desired results but the reality is that there are only 24 hours in a day. 8 that you sleep, 8 that you work/school, the rest well you have to find the time to cook, shower, eat, train, relax, transport youself etc. Not everybody has the time to prepare 5-6 to 8 meals a day. Compared to preparing a shake which takes 30 seconds and is still excellent for you. If you ask my personal opinion, you should always add shakes to your diet no matter what. Trainers who will do a nutrition plan for someone will also recommend 1-3 shakes per day.

And for the bodybuilders or the people that say they don't or rarely do take shakes, this guy probably doesn't want to become a bodybuilder. Being a bodybuilder is a full-time job. How many bodybuilders do you have at your gyms? I go to progym and there ain't that many, probably less than 1% (bodybuilders who actualy train and compete).

I think hes had enough with wannabe bodybuilders that are mostly the skinny wimps at the gym trying to giveout advises to everyone.

I'd agree, only if you were eating properly. Although, in my case and in the case of alot of other people, getting into the habbit of eating properly can be hard at first. The supplements are a good way to start, until you eat properly. Supplements + Eating properly = Waste. But if you don't eat properly then supplements = a good idea.

I eat extremely clean...and i still take Whey protein/MultiVitamins/Green Tea extract etc

Please stop posting you have absolutely no clue...have you ever been in a gym in your life ???

So if you eat 100% of everything you need in a day then you're telling me that you still need to take proteins, vitamins and extracts? You do realize theres a limit to what your body needs and it gets rid of the rest?

This has nothing to do with going to gym, although yes I have and I am starting again soon but this is common sense. And how your body works... My gf pounds it into my head all the time. (Biochemistry major)

Although, you sound like the kind of idiot that buys Animal Pak Vitamins with 5000% your daily value intake and are all like "Rawr". I feel bad for your kidneys.

if you eat like shit then shakes are pointless as they don't balance out the bad in your day./ if you eat very well and sturggle to get protein for various reasons, (don't like meat, don't like meat derivatives, don't like legumes or tofu or soya) then protein shakes masked with fruit are a good idea. I personaly have one in my diet every 2 days and hate it. I hate it cause I am spending 40$ on a jar of protein when I could be spending it on cottage cheese or something of the sort. But I am a very very very picky eater and protein shakes are my only resort. I don't suggest them unless you don't have any other choice. and if you don't eat fruits, veggies and other proteins during the day, protein shakes will not do you any good. Aloe they will not suffice. 1 a day is max I would put. people who have 2-3 and use it as a replacement (which most people do ) are wasting their money. You do need the wet carbs and fibers to help digest them.

my body isn't crazy as I lack the dicepine and drive i need for the cardio to shed. I know what it takes but stuggle to get it done.
