Just a little question concerning a ticket for stop sign that i've received last month.
So i am trying to pay my ticket online and realized that they have my licenced plate number wrong on the statement and the date of offense is also wrong.

so the question is, is this too good to be true or do i still have to pay for it?

The only mistakes that can invalid a ticket is:

- Wrong drivers licence info;
- Wrong plate number;
- Incorrect place of infraction;
- Date and time of infraction;
- Date + Time ticket was handed to you.

For all of these, they can be easily corrected if the officer realised that he made a mistake. He will correct the mistake in his report backing and in some cases the court district will even send you a corrected copy.

i've just checked my ticket and realized that in the BOX C "infraction" the date of infration was august 16th 2006 and it does not correspond to the same date as in the Box H "Signification" which is August 14th 2006

does this mean the ticket is invalid?
