What is so good about topmount turbo?

Is there anything better with a topmount ? or is it just for bling bling lookatmyturbo ?
(perhaps some of you guys will say it's not the right section but topmount manifold seems to be popular in drift so maybe it's a heat issue or anything like it?)
I made a sketch for my manifold and i wanna know if im going top mount or "low mount" (i just have to flip it upsidedown after all :run: )

Top mount in a problem on LHD nissan since it comes close to the braking system. But I personally think that topmount was invented by people that had trouble fitting big turbo because of the steering column.

In motorsport application top mount is easier to remove / change.
