Need Help! Ignition Problem!

Hi! I just did my Head Gasket on my Passat B3 and I put everything back. Now I have to adjust my distributor to have the right timing but now I have a little problem. I try to start my car several times and it was okay, but since 2 days I start my car 1 time with no problem and after I hear a tic tic tic tic and nothing happens. My battery is in full charge... When I try later it allways start the first time but I can't start it after because it always make the "tic tic tic tic" ...
