Looking for info on brake fluids

My 89 Corolla GTS is getting new brakes, drilled discs, carbon pads and new calipers, and I dont know which brake fluid would be the best to use. Could someone help me out with this one?

Motul Dot 5.1 ou la RBF si tu est eextrème avec tes freins!

ATE Super Blue Higher Boiling point than the motul 5.1 and you only have to change it evry 3 years

dot4 or dot5.1.. and why dont u replace the brake lines for SS ones while you're at it?
