Yes I'm overweight. I'm 17 years old and I want to go back to being healthy. I'm 5"11 and I weight 245lbs! I don't know why bout I don't see myself as fat as other dudes I've seen who weight 230... so I don't know about all that fat/muscle thing...anyways.. my problem is I see 245 on my scale and I do not like that! I know there is a lot of gym junkies in here so I would like to have help building a schedule and some help with my diet. I just can't afford a trainer ( if I could I would'nt be here asking for help). anyways. I just hope there is someone here that could help me. my goal would be maybe 180-170. work on muscles. I don't want to be a skinny guy... I just want to be average body concentrated on muscles... don't know if I'm expressing my goal correctly... anyways. I just want to burn fat and get stronger.

I already started to eat less...that's a good step I think...no more snacks during the day. if I really want a snack I eat some baby carrots lol...
