need help

last night my latch on my glove box broke, and its close, so the handle just hangs, but i can still lock it and it stays closed, but the probleme is i cant open the glove box to get my shit out, how can i fix this probleme, it looks like the handle just came disconected or something, and i dont wanna force it open and brake the clips and dash

hmm! the latch or the lower arm?!
cuz its a typical problem with all mk4 glove box!
is it possible to show a pic?

its just the latch that has the key hole in it that came off or broke from the release, cant reall take a pic cause its closed shit
and when i pull the handle its not attached to anything so it doesnt open

It's a common problem with mk3's also. You will probably have to rip it open and change the mechanism.

if it's a mk3 I have the whole glove box + mechanism for you

its for a mk4, but how do i open it ?, its closed shut ! and the handle doesnt work to open it

gros tournevis Flathead....and if your like me and it kills you to do it....ask your friend to do it for you!....it sucks but that is the only option you got...pry it till it breaks open!

Sur un mk4 tu peux pas juste changer le mécanisme en plus... sa va te prendre une nouvelle porte au complet

how much is a new glove box ?, and if i pry it wont it break the dash ?... man i dont wanna **** anything up ! more then it is
