Does it really matter? I lost 70lbs in about 4 months from not eating, then stayed around that weight before starting to train and eat again.

I'm 38, i am finding this last 30lbs fucking hard. And i keep feeling on the verge of injury

Congratz! I would not say stop eating to lose weight is a good thing but since you now hit the gym and eat again. It's a great thing.

No gym for me a soir. Je suis trop mort de ma semaine. Je vais i allé dimanche a la place. Un petit repos va me faire du bien.

Ma faire des étirement et des abdos chez nous pis ces toute.

tapette... no joke la journée où tu vas réaliser que fatigué tu vas quand même au gym pcq en sortant du gym tu te sens tellement mieux meme si ta forcer moins fort que d'habitude au moins tu sors de la avec une bonne fatigue.

Ta pas de kids, t'es à coté du gym, stfu avec les excuses va pousser 45 min ya rien là et tu vas sortir de ta loop d'excuse bidon!

1h30 mon training.

Ye fait en sorte que ji aille juste 2 fois dans ma semaine. Si j'i vais 3 fois ces une shot de plus.
Mercredi j'ai failli vomir full srs. J'ai tellement poussé que sa passé proche. Quand ji vais inquiète toi pas je vais pas la pour parlé et tournée en rond.

J'ai juste besoin de dormir ou je sais pas. Pour sa que je vais en faire chez nous. P-e un circuit Hiit mais sa me tente pas pentoute d'allé 1h30 au gym pour me dire tout le long ce que je fait la. J'aime mieu i allé a 100% dimanche a place t'en qu'a i allé de reculons.

Hier je me suis rendu a la piste d’athlétisme interieur proche de chez nous (Terrebonne), me suis changer, j'ai couru 300metre, marcher les 33 metre qui restais pour completer le tour et me suis Dit: ''F@ck it'' calisse j'ai pas le gout de courrir aujourd'hui, pis je suis repartie chez nous me saouler

Non, je leve pas de poid, je me trouve suffisamment costaud lol mais plus sérieusement je suis un rameur depuis les 20 dernières années donc je cours et fait du rameur a la piste interieur. Je deteste le froid donc je m'enferme!

Je sais pas j'aime pu sa. J'ai limpresion que toute les ipa asteur sont des double pis sa goûté le gazon . Ya buse trop.

La yakima et la ipa de ltm sont quand même bonne par contre

I am very quickly starting to lose motivation/determination. I lost a bunch of weight and started hitting the gym, mainly because I stopped eating. I got down to 220 and decided to start keto. I got down to 214 within 2 months. My problem is booze, even though I cut down a shit ton, I still need a few beers a night, which probably didn't allow me to hit ketosis.

My GF was not really supportive of me trying to cut out carbs, and I told her this, so she stopped talking to me about my diet and accepted it, but slowly she started cooking more rice and pasta, and after 4 months, I am back to a "balanced" diet with carbs. I've come back up to 223, but I really would like to lose another 35-40 lbs!

I've started back with a low carb diet the past 3 days, after a couple of weeks eating carbs again. but I feel as if "it's a losing fight, you're just gonna give up again, why try? you are hungry, cranky from not having as much booze, and your body is in constant pain from the gym"

even though sometimes I get the feeling that I feel great, it's quashed by the feeling I have so much more to do, and haven't moved at all this year. I'm just really fucking dejected right now. The only thing that gives me constant good feeling is a couple of people saw what I was doing and started losing weight too, and have told me their thanks.

It was pretty hard at first but I'm down to about 6 beers a month. 1 or 2 on a Saturday night. I found bubbly water acted as a bit of a placebo for a few months, then just started with regular water. Lemon helps.

Keep in mind alcohol is a poison, literally. Your body won't bother repairing your broken muscle from the gym until it's primary function of eliminating poison is through.

Have you been tracking macros? I don't buy into the whole keto thing, just go for structured macros at a deficit.

As far as beer goes, boreal makes a session ipa now, ipa des chutes or something. It's 3.7% and tastes fucking great.
 
Mo, a couple beers every night is too much. You dont have to do keto to lose weight. A balanced, low carb diet full of veggies works wonders if you keep hitting the gym. But you gotta cut the alcohol by a significant amount

IMO you should stop looking at the scale. You look great in the second pic. Carbs aren't the devil, stupid diets are. You should just take it easy on your portions, avoid seconds, drink less, cut your sugar intake. Just be careful and make small changes you'll stick with, you won't see results as fast as with shit diets like KETO, but you'll keep the weight off, instead of swinging the scale all over the place.

Also, train hard man. And like it. Do full body workouts, deadlifts, squats, rows, bench, chin-ups, pull-ups, not just biceps-tris with 6 min iphone breaks. Full body workouts are your friend for fat loss. And lift heavy. And run fast. Keep on jogging and doing cardio, but also incorporate some HIIT sprints into your training.

As for alcohol, well that's the hardest part IMO. I quit cold turkey, which is particularly hard as I operate an upscale resto, with wine-alcohol reps popping in everyday to have me taste products. When I go out, I drink sparking water with a wedge of lime and angostura bitters. I realized after a few months, just how depressed and fat alcohol was making me.
