How to mod my E46?

Hi, I recently bought a E46 330ci 2001 manuel this summer, and I started putting some cosmetic mods. ( LED taillight, white turn signal, Angel eyes ) but am more interested in making it more performante. I installed a K&N CAI already but don't have a clue what to put next or where to get parts :run:. Can anyone here help me out a bit. I don't want to put a supercharger or turbo, I want to keep it N/A and I want parts of good quality.:bigup:

Yeah and after dump like 10000$ in mods asked yourself "why i didn't buy an e46 M3 first".


What do you want to do with the car or what do you want the car to do or what lack on the car (power, brakes, suspension)?

Cause it can be performant at different level.

What kind of budget?
 
Putting too much performance parts on a car is always a waist of money ...
If you want a faster car it is better to upgrade it (like an M3).

Headers and chips are the most expensive mods. They yield 1HP for $100.

The best is to go with a supercharger. It usually costs $50 per 1 HP.
Or NOS (if you dare) it costs $20 per 1 HP.
Turbo is even better around $40 for 1 HP but it requires more $$$$ initial investment.
