Turn Down Exhaust Tips?

I was thinking of filling my GLI rear valance cut-out and making the exhaust tips look like this:

Is this a textured valence ? If yes, I got a GTI rear valence for my Rabbit (MKV).

I just paint the upper part.


the job was 350$ tx inc. + 140$ for the bumper.

So, your valence is a lot smaller but it will cost something like at least 250$ to paint.

no... its MK4 GLI painted valance with single tip cut-out

OK , PRI the show off. who has rich friends.... I think it would look really good the turn down exhaust, more unique look.
