Anyone on Creatine?

Hey guys/gals just wondering if anyone here is using creatine for there workout/pot workout . Have you felt you got sufficient gains from using it, do you load it before a cycle? Thanks a bunch.

quel manufacture est vous avec? Je suis sur GNC Micronized Monohydrate Creatine. Je suis a peu pres 1 semain dedans mon cycle.
 
j'ai parler trop vite me suis repeser tento. j'ai pris pas mal de poids et jen suis a ma 3eme semaine.

Que de la rétention d'eau.

Peut-etre mais j'ai lu plusieur feed back de gens qui on utilisé purple K avant de commencer mon cycle et pourtant c'était le premier point qu'ils soulevait qu'ils n'avaient fait aucune rétention avec cette creatine et pas reperdu leur masse mais sa reste que toute a l'air tjs plus beau sur le net.

Pour linstant rien semble anormal. Y me reste 3 semaines a faire et apres c'est la quon va voir si sa valu le coup ou pas.
 
C'est pas très approfondis, mais la créatine c'est un supplément surtout esthétique pour les gens qui ont très peu de gras, et une bonne musculature.

La créatine va causer une courbature de la fibre musculaire, et ça va donner des muscles ronds comme des ballons. Les gars musclés, sinon, c'est très carré.

Tu va aussi avoir plus de puissance sur un type de fibres (type II je crois), mais les fibres de type I vont être moin puissantes et moin rapides à cause de la créatine.

effectivement, mais j'en bois de 3 a 4 litres par jour, le pire c'est la nuit je bois pas en dormant alors quand je me reveille le matin je suis deshydraté
 
Ive been taking now, ive had the bottle for a bit more then a month or so, but for the past month, ive been religiously going to the gym.
Training intense, and doing some decent cardio.

You need to drink water ... No matter what DRINK WATER.

I personally try not to drink any stupid stuff like coke or whatever energie drinks, just so its somewhat absorbed better.
Its a bit mental, i try and cut some useless stuff.

Also ive been pretty devoted to the gym this past month, hopefully ill keep it this way.
Ive been eating better, sleeping, trying to take in a decent amount of proteins, i stopped the shakes for this month cause it didnt feel right to mix too much.
And honestly I personally feel a big effect.
It helped me get back my old shape, i had lost motivation a bit so it somewhat pushed me.

MY chesy got pretty defined and my arms are becoming like i would like them to be.

Btw ive been taking Creakic, from MuscleTech.
And following this program for a good month or 2.

Thanks for all the replies, so far in ive already gained some weight and definition, yes i know the weight is water weight and will lose when i stop the cycle, but some of it will stay from the growth of muscle, But so far so good, just watned a feedback on the supp.

And yea water is key, im taking almost 5 liters a day to be safe lol.
 
Purple K.. watch out for breakdown effects once your cycle is over. Your trainings gonna be tougher to execute at the same weight

Weird, that my exact schedule past month now.
 
do you lose all your gain once you stop??
Tomorrow will be my last day on purple K

Takes some time.. a while ago i took creatine 4 times a week for 3 weeks and took about 10-15lbs. Took about 2 weeks to acheive that water retention weight and it took about 1-2 months to loose the weight. I thought for a little while that about 5-8lbs would stay but i almost lost everything i gained ;)

Mais le seated leg press et le cable curl c'est pas si mauvais dépendant comment tu le fais.

Bicep cable curl assis sur un ballon c'est pas mauvais du tout.
