It's always about straight lines  Yes, it's "only" a 13 second car...who phoquing cares when this car is built (well, almost...) to go on a race track...

But even on a race track. The S2000 is almost as fast as the NSX. And don't have to say that the NSX is outperformed by any Corvette Z06, Viper GTS or SRT-10, Porsche 911, Ferraris, etc. on a race track.

I already posted that but it speaks by itself.

ON A RACE TRACK:

Laptimes for different cars
Here are some times for different cars. A quite interesting list to read.
The information was compiled and sent to us by David Mocnay, who got the times from the German car magazine Sport Auto. We send our thanks to David!

The laps where all done by the same driver on a dry track.

The brakes look cheap... but it's cool... always liked the nsx, and this one is not much different.

You're all mag reading tools. Go out and experience an NSX then come back and provide constructive critism. This board ****ing blows monkey nutz.

What are you waiting for?

- high 11s car @ over 120 mph
- over 1G on the skidpad
- running as fast times as a 911 Twin Turbo and Ferrari 360 Modena on a road course

All that for way less money? F-u-c-k the interior.

I've never heard of people complaining about their NSX, i've heard tons talking shit about other sports car mentioned here. The nsx is a superior car, worth every penny IMO... numbers are meaningless. It's getting old, but it's still an awesome car, technicaly the only japanese supercar..

Ever heard of a cd changer? :dunno:

You have to sit in an NSX to appreciate its unbelieveable likeness to that of a formula one car. Quite obviously I'm not talking about performance here. But when, and if you mag racers ever get a chance to sit in an NSX, nevermind drive one, you'll realize just how unbelieveably close to the ground you are sitting. No car within $200,000 provides this feel in its stock form. (waits for some dumb putz to mention how damn low his civic is) The way in which the car's cabin is so far towards the front of the car, and the way in which the hood dips, there is nothing really comparable to this feel in any real production car. The level of enjoyment and thrill you get out of driving an NSX is in a league of its own.
