J'savais que Tony était pas le gars le plus legit sur terre, mais je pensais pas qu'il pouvait replaquer une ''épave'' sans inspection.
There's nothing overly dishonest in it. Any car can fall apart over the years yet remain plated. But miss 12 months plus a day and the Saaq requires an inspection. He exploits a loophole much as a lot of car dealers do. Trust me when I say more dishonest things have been by big car dealers then fixing paperwork.
I remember the gm dealer at my corner getting caught selling stolen rental cars with fixed vins.
