I bought this gym about a year ago because it is one of the best home gyms on the market. It is an awesome piece of equipment. It is designed for a total body work out with 3D rotational arms providing a full range of motion with the benefit of free weights and the safety of a rigid frame. With over 20 exercises, this gym can be used for both strength and endurance training. It comes with an exercise chart targeting all the major muscle groups as well as additional 50lbs of weights (200lbs total). The adjustable seat adjusts to nine different positions. The back pad can adjust to four different angle positions.
