if youre in the market to purchase a property to live or rent.. this condo is one to consider.. this condo could rent easily for $1300/month.

FYI. for those nervous about a Private seller, my client Rodney, real-estate agent with Sutton, will process all documentation ( offer to purchase etc..) for a clean and professional transaction. this is at no cost to the buyer.

But I lived on the straight right behind your condo and let me tell you and tell all the potential buyers

Ive seen your block getting build from bottom to top, and the workers did a very VERY good Job! they have not cut corners or trying to save cost here and there!

This is the best price in the west island for your buck!

Its quiet, secure, you have buses close that takes u to the Train station or Metro
Even express buses also during rush hours, close to grocery, gas station, deps, parks, bicycle track.

If this wasnt too close to my parents right behind, I would of jumped on it! LOL

im pretty confident this will sell with no problems!
