Tout le monde en parle has on average about 2 million viewers every sunday night, that agent got an 8 minute interview on the show for FREE. Talk about great publicity! He looked like a solid douche, and his 1 minutes answer to "comment tentez-vous de vendre cette maison sur le marché international" the most solid line of bullshit I've ever heard in my life but that's exactly the reason why this guy is selling 27M dollars homes:D
 
bah je trouve que l'agent a le profil pour vendre ce genre de maison, c'est pas un medecin... dinc on ne peux pas lui en demander trop, mais il connais son domaine, parle bien, repond bien etc...

Je suis tout a fait d'accord, tres professionel, neutre, bien repondu a tout, le pitch de vente était excellent aussi, j'etait juste crampé pareil, c'est juste la ligne de bullshit la plus solide que j'ai entendu.

J'essaye de trouver un clip sans success.
