U laugh U lose

I grew up in metric, studied in metric. if an engineering professor (here) would bring up imperial in a class, it would have turned to disaster and they just avoided it. first career job.. guess what, had to learn inches, feet, punds, otherwise I was useless. industrial materials are imperial, drawings are sometimes imperial, sometimes metric, sometimes a combination of both.

the only imperial measure I reject outright is F. I will not make an effort to understand it and never will. I'll learn K before F.

Je comprends rien avec l'impérial. J'ai abandonné, je calcule mes affaires en metric quand je bricole.

Je crois qu'a une époque les chars américains étaient plus lousse que les autres juste a cause de ça... lol
 
On pourrait en faire une pour la construction

Quand c'est l'ingénieur qui parle il parle en MM
Quand c'est le chargé de projet c'est en metre
Le contremaitre de chantier en pied
L'électricien quand tu y demande a quel hauteur il met c'est boite il te répond la longueur de son marteau..
 
^why not just use 2 wires connected directly to the wall plug, I mean comeone it's only 110v, it's not like it's 220v, will just "shock" a little bit :D
