Adriano Celentano! Comedic genius from the 1970s and 1980s. Here's the full scene:
I saw most of his movies, that's from Lui e Peggio di Me (He Is Worse Than I am - 1985) that also features Renato Pozzetto, this guy:
His catchphrase was "Eh la Madonna!" with the Eh pronounced like in Milano (he's from the north of Italy) more like an Eu than a Eh.
Anyone that is Italian or at least understands Italian should watch their movies from both actors, they are all amazing. My favorite is Da Grande where he is a small child that wishes to become "big" and he does. That and La Casa Stregata.
