Where you live abouts? also ive been looking for a good bench is it solid? how much weight would you say you could stick on there. mind you i wont be power lifting 500 pounds but id like to know its solid lol

Dunno really how much it can hold, but 250 + lbs easy I would say. For $125, in new condition you can't go wrong, you'd have to spend a lot more I you want a pro bench.
 
What are the width and depth dimensions of the LCD table? I need something to raise the height of my 61" TV, so it would have to fit on top of my current stand.
