who plans montreal's highway construction?

Im coming home from downtown at about 11pm last night and the 20 was closed down for construction. So i get in the lane to go by decarie but guess what, its closed down too! Instead of taking 20 mins to get home to the west island, it takes me about an hour and a half! Why close down TWO highways during grand prix weekend??? Who plans this shit? Maybe i am way out of line here but does anyone agree?

tell me about it , all of last week i was helping a friend renovate his basement after work basically from 6 to 11pm or so and kept getting fucked with either decarie the 20 or both .

its fucking ridiculous and the cock suckers have 10 guys for every1 that actually works
