how much will it cost to swap trannys in a mk4 1.8t auto for a 5speed tranny?
car has 165000km and was paid peanuts rly rly clean so dont tell me to sell and buy one at 3500$ with 5 spd cuz it wont be as clean as this one

It will be at least a grand in parts since you have to buy tranny, clutch, slave, pedals, shifter, starter and so on.

i would say 2500$ would be a ballpark price parts and labour

i'd say try to find a smacked 1.8t buy it, take the tranny and part out the rest.

nope its a 2003 jetta 1.8t navy blue 5 spd
