Skyline GTR condition showroom ! 99% correction

As-tu déjà fait des sablages à l'eau? Ta Sky a pas d'orange pearl contrairement a 95% des autres voiture sortant des usines ou re-paint..

Avec le compound Maguiard et un tip a 80$en queue d'mouton on est arrivé à très sensiblement parreil en 3 après-midi et ya fallu tout frotter au 1500 à l'eau en plus..Parce que cetait pluché.. De l'anti-rayures pis une wax et j'vois pas comment tirer plus loin!

So, here’s the last time, I will see this skyline this year. A little wash and wax before storage.

L’auto est arrive pour un wash’n wax pour l’entreposage.

Take a look at the bleading, still very strong, 4 month later. When I say I tested the durability of my LSP, it’s true !

Regardez la peinture, elle est encore totalement hydrofuge à peinture, 4 mois après l’avoir detailed. Mon point est que je test toujours mes wax ou scellant et je sais que mes produits durent.

Test ultime : direct au soleil. Aucun hologramme, pas de swirls, toujours aussi showroom qu’il y a 4 mois. La preuve que si on fait attention, il est possible de garder une voiture noire en état parfaite! C’est que plusieurs personnes me disent que des cires/compounds ne durent pas, tant que tu y fais attention, le résultat va durer!

Direct sunlight test :No holograms, no swirls, nothing, just that perfect showroom finish 4 months ago. Point is, if you take care of your paint, you can keep a showroom finish on a black paint. I have too much people telling me result doesn’t last. There’s no such thing. Result does last if you take care.

Nice work on the GTR Cobra !

My buddy Jose loves to work on these type of cars, he has detailed many exotics from Ferrais to Lambos, but he enjoys detailing these affordable beasts most since he drives one himself. Hope you enjoy his detailing vid and his little tour along the way !

I won't bullshit i learnt this stuff On my own but I've been in the ''business'' for the past 7 years. So, I had plenty of times to learn, watch others peoples, try stuff, read on the subject, get familiar with the product etc etc.

might i suggest getting a good quality SLR instead of a point and shoot to showcase your work.
I can see the work seems top quality but most of the time I can only imagine what the car really looks like as the pictures quality is quite poor

I take your suggestion but, I don't know if you played hockey but it's not because you have crosby's or ovechkin's Hockey stick ( my friend actually have a pro stock stick from ovechkin) you will be as good as them LOL

My point is.. even tho, I put 1000$ on a quality camera, I still won't be able to use it like It should be used.

And at this point.. I rather buy a sun-gun from 3M and automatic wet-sanding tools or take a week off at Mexico for spring break than paying for a top notch camera and class.

At the end, it proves that I like what I do, people seems to really like what I'm doing ( I don't know any other detailing thread that got more than 5.5k views in less than a year) BUT this is not a business, it's for fun.:bigup:

But I totally understand what you mean!
